Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced catering manager to lead a team of foodservice professionals at Lake Superior State University, in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. This role focuses on coordinating catered events, staff supervision, and ensuring high service quality.

You will oversee training, safety practices, and guest relations while contributing to a dynamic campus dining program aligned with Elior North America standards.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Nice-to-haves: supervisory or management experience (1+ year).

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.
