Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to drive our catering operations in Greenville. You will help guests plan, select, and order craveable Panera dishes for events, ensuring smooth, hassle-free hosting with prompt, accurate delivery.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess food safety knowledge, love working with people, and can manage multiple tasks with limited supervision. The role requires flexibility, with nights and weekends, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle and acceptable driving record for delivering orders.
• Able to operate a passenger vehicle safely with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Promote Panera catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
