Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with basic food safety training (Food Handler's Card).
• Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders with acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Ensure health and food safety standards are followed.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
