Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead who will plan and produce catering orders, coordinate with guests, and ensure timely delivery of craveable Panera fare for events. You will respond to inquiries, customize menus, and uphold Panera's high standards of service and food safety.

You will build relationships with local businesses and schools, market catering options, and support managers and teammates in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Food handler's card or as required by law.
• Own vehicle with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand up to 3 hours.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Uphold health and food safety standards.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses and schools.
• Support managers and team members as needed.
