Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to join our team and elevate event experiences with familiar Panera dishes delivered on time.

You will manage catering orders, deliver to events, and uphold health and food safety standards while delivering warm, proactive service. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a driver’s license with a clean record. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Safety knowledge and training as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for up to 3 hours.
• Must have own vehicle for deliveries and valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Deliver orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support managers and team members.
• Help maintain Panera's warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
