Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Shrewsbury, PA to manage catering orders and deliver warm, friendly service. You will coordinate orders, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold food safety and Panera's standards.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You’ll support managers and team members, promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events, and help grow our culture of warmth and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training; Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-starter able to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Own vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a warm, inclusive culture and trust.
