Panera Bread in Menifee, CA seeks a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, plan memorable events, and ensure timely, high-quality service. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate delivery, and uphold food safety standards while delivering craveable Panera dishes.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, and capable of lifting 25–50 lbs. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Panera Bread.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+?
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-starter with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting 25-50 pounds and standing/walking up to 3 hours

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to events as needed and provide warm, friendly service.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
