Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Minnesota to manage catering orders and deliver memorable events with friendly service. You will respond to inquiries, ensure accurate orders, and uphold health and food safety standards while promoting Panera Catering to local businesses and community events.

You will collaborate with the management and team to maintain Panera's standards, provide reliable delivery, and contribute to a welcoming culture that emphasizes warmth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety training completed (Food Handler's Card as required by law).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driving record.
• Able to safely operate a passenger vehicle.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Ambassador of Panera's guiding values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
