Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, deliver memorable service, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events. You will work with the team to ensure on-time deliveries, uphold health and safety standards, and help grow the catering business in the Bellevue area.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds, with flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and food safety training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law.
• Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's food quality standards.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to a Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
