Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Kokomo, IN to manage catering orders, deliver excellent service, and ensure timely, accurate food for events. You will liaise with guests, coordinate with team members, and uphold food-safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will promote Panera catering to local businesses and schools, assist with deliveries, and help grow a welcoming, growth-focused team culture with dependable schedules.

Qualifications

• Completes basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law.
• Enjoys people and communicates effectively.
• A self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Owns a vehicle and has an acceptable driving record for delivering orders.
• This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Ability to clearly communicate in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.

• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
