Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Franklin, IN to manage catering orders, ensure accurate deliveries, and create memorable guest experiences with warm, proactive service. You will drive orders, coordinate with teams, and uphold Panera's standards for craveable food and hospitality.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational skills, able to stand and lift as required, and comfortable with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Self-starter with limited supervision and goal orientation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25–50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events and coordinate with drivers.
• Maintain health and food safety standards and uphold Panera's food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and team members to foster warmth and trust in the culture.
