Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to drive events with delicious, familiar Panera dishes. You will plan and manage catering orders, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure on-time delivery with excellent service.

You’ll promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events while maintaining food safety and quality. A self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ with basic food safety training.
• Own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Deliver orders to guests' events as needed.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Uphold Panera's food quality standards and product familiarity.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support managers and team members as needed.
