Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate event deliveries. You will uphold health and food-safety standards while representing Panera’s craveable food and warm service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include marketing Panera Catering to local businesses and events, supporting managers and team members, and helping build a culture of warmth and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and a people-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera’s standards for food quality and craveability.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
