Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to empower our catering operations and deliver memorable events. You will plan and manage catering orders, coordinate with guests, and ensure timely delivery of delicious Panera dishes for events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic food safety understanding; Food Handler’s Card as required by law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with delivering orders to events
• Adhere to health and food safety standards
• Maintain Panera’s quality standards for catering items
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed
• Contribute to building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
