Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to drive catering orders for guests and coordinate events with warm, proactive service. You will ensure on-time delivery, maintain health standards, and promote Panera catering to local businesses, schools, and events. A strong focus on customer experience and teamwork is essential.

You will manage orders, assist with deliveries, and support managers while helping to grow our culture of warmth and trust in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18 and above.
• Food safety understanding; Food Handler’s Card where required by law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have your own vehicle for delivering orders with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate a passenger vehicle safely with a valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
