Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will engage with guests to plan events, ensure timely delivery, and uphold food safety standards.

Candidates should be 18+, have a Food Handler's Card where required, own a vehicle with a clean driving record, and possess strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help cultivate a culture of warmth and trust.
