Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa seeks a Catering Houseperson (Part-Time) to uphold guest-focused hospitality in our banquet spaces. Read BEOs, set up rooms, and ensure seamless service within event timelines.

This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds and strong teamwork to support a premier property known for dining excellence and memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Heart of Hospitality: Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and set up function rooms according to the specifications outlined in the BEO.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Set up and break down all department functions correctly and efficiently, ensuring all necessary equipment and furnishings are in place.
• Embrace Team Spirit: Assist guests whenever possible, promptly referring requests beyond your responsibility to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
• Lead by example: Perform periodic deep cleaning of the function room area to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Be physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment weighing up to 100 pounds for brief periods as required.

Our Banquet space offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space,19 meeting rooms, and holds up to 2000 guests we are seeking a guest-centric, efficient Catering Houseperson.

Key Responsibilities:
