Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations. The ideal candidate is excited by pop-up events and values the elements that create an extraordinary event experience.

You will oversee the daily lunch program, ensure staff delight, and help tell the menu story through branded messaging. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, potential growth, and a supportive team, with meals included.

Qualifications

• Some food service experience preferred, not required.
• Detail oriented with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience

About The Role

Sifted set out to reimagine the office lunch hour, creating a data‑driven experience that’s designed for destination workplaces. Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high‑growth, culture‑centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef‑made, hand‑delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Shifts Available :

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 1:30pm
• Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 1:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Creating an inspired, pop‑up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity

• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast‑paced events and interacting with guests
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally

This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company‑paid)

Work environment :

This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on‑site in client offices

Physical requirements :

This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
