Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer-experience minded professional to deliver and serve lunch, managing the on-site experience at client offices. The role supports weekday afternoon shifts in Denver, requiring a personal vehicle and a hospitality mindset to create a memorable, branded lunch experience.

You will work closely with culinary teams, learn menus, and ensure smooth delivery, setup, and guest interactions while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Learn the menu with the culinary team and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe with branded materials.
• Tell the menu story through branded messaging.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.

Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office. Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver + serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

Candidates must have a personal vehicle, valid drivers' license, and active insurance to be considered. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
• Compensation : $21/hr
• 24 hours of PTO per year; paid company holidays
• 401(k) program through Human Interest available after six months of service

Job Type: Part-time

Shift: Weekdays

Weekly day range: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00a-2:30p

Eligibility : This position must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)

Work environment : This is a position based both in a commercial kitchen and on-site in client offices

Physical requirements : This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and the ability to bend, squat, and reach
