Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage on-site experiences for our clients. You will learn menus with the culinary team, set up branded pop-ups, and engage guests to ensure a delightful staff experience.

This role requires a personal vehicle, a valid license, and current automobile insurance. Compensation is $25/hr with PTO, holidays, 401(k) after six months, Earned Wage Access, and free lunch.

• Must have a personal vehicle with a valid license and active insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and move quickly at events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure staff are delighted
• Coordinate with culinary team to learn the menu and deliver to offices
• Create a branded, pop-up vibe using materials and messaging
• Tell the menu story through signage and paper messaging
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to the Community Manager
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and guest experience
• Represent the Sifted brand at events and engage with guests

Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7am - 3pm Sifted set out to reimagine the office lunch hour, creating a data-driven experience that's designed for destination workplaces. Today, Sifted creates experiential lunch programs for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Brands who want to treat their staff to chef-made, hand-delivered lunches hire Sifted to provide a daily or weekly lunch in their office.

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver + serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations.

The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values all the elements that contribute to an out-of-this-world event experience.

This position requires use of a personal vehicle, a valid drivers' license, and current automobile insurance.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
• Meeting w/ the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client’s office
• Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity
• Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
• Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
• Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
• Has some food service experience, but not required
• Is detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
• Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
• Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
• Is open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally
• Compensation : $25/hr
• 24 hours of PTO per year; paid company holidays

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 25 USD per hour (Redwood City, California)
