Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Guest Services Shift Lead to coordinate catering operations and deliver bespoke guest service. You will work with Operations, Network, IT, Finance and Marketing & Sales to ensure an incredible client experience within the Air Culinaire system.

Daily duties include queue management, email workload distribution, order accuracy QC, pricing research, and cross‑team communication. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
• Experience handling client relationships in a business setting.
• Catering/culinary operations or hospitality experience required.
• Experience in aviation fields is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in basic computer navigation and MS Office.
• Knowledge of office procedures and etiquette for correspondence.
• Ability to set daily priorities and work independently.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest services operations with management and teams.
• Log in to phone queue and manage email workload distribution.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Note pad pertinent order information for reference.
• Research pricing for custom items using approved websites.
• Communicate with supply chain to clarify orders via phone or email.
• Execute quotes and apply promotions as directed by management.
• Upsell items based on client menu requests.
• Perform QC of orders and ensure all fees are present.
