Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Handle email and phone queue with management direction.
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues across the order lifecycle.
• Upsell items and apply promotional codes as directed by management.
• Log process events and maintain accurate invoicing notes.
