Faulkner Smith Restaurant Group is seeking a part-time Catering Coordinator for Zaxby’s catering services in Georgia. You will execute catering orders from intake to delivery, assist with prep and labeling, and support in-store shifts while building relationships with local customers and organizations.

• Load vehicle, keep food hot and secure, set up at guest location

• Maintain catering calendar and order tracker
• Assist with prep, packaging, and labeling of catering orders
• Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Grow catering sales by visiting local businesses and community groups
• Support base store shifts by handling cashier duties and maintaining store cleanliness
