Job summary

Faulkner Smith Restaurant Group is seeking a part-time Catering Coordinator to execute catering orders from intake to delivery and to grow local catering sales. The role includes delivering orders, assisting in-store operations, and promoting catering to local businesses and organizations.

Eligible candidates should have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance, be organized and customer-friendly, and able to lift 30+ lbs. Weekend availability is preferred.

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Load vehicle to keep food hot and secure; set up at guest location when requested.
• Communicate order details and timing to the kitchen and shift manager; update catering calendar.
• Assist with prep, packaging, labeling of catering orders, and ensuring complete orders (food, sauces, utensils, etc.).
• Follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Visit local businesses, offices, schools, churches, and event organizers to promote catering and distribute menus.
• When no catering orders are scheduled, work the front counter as cashier and assist with prep, stocking, and store cleanliness.
• Represent the Zaxby’s brand professionally in appearance and communication.
• Attend to duties described in the signed proposal and support continuous self-improvement.
