Martin’s BBQ Joint is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and culinary-driven Catering & Events Team Lead to deliver exceptional experiences across Nashville and beyond. From intimate backyard weddings to large corporate BBQ events, you will lead a passionate team, planning and executing memorable events for 50 to 5,000 guests. About the Role:

As the Catering & Events Team Lead, you’ll represent Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint at events, bringing our hospitality and Southern charm to the Nashville area. You will oversee the entire event process—from setup to breakdown—and serve as the on-site leader, managing logistics and ensuring smooth service. This hands-on role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for making guests feel part of the Martin’s family.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead catering team members during off-site events and on-site deliveries
• Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate event execution
• Organize logistics: transportation, equipment, supplies, staffing
• Maintain quality, timing, and presentation standards for food and service
• Train and mentor team members on service and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in catering, events, or restaurant leadership preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
