You will greet guests, respond to inquiries, prepare banquet orders, and coordinate menus and room setups to ensure seamless events.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the administrative, clerical, or purchasing field.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and clerical) and public relations for greeting guests.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint to design and maintain data programs for the department.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking in a high paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
• Food handlers and allergen certification.
