Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Catering Sales & Events Coordinator for Winter 2026-27 at the Aspen Airport Business Center. This full-time seasonal role supports the sales and events team, manages inquiries, and processes payments using systems like Tock and Toast.

Responsibilities include client communication, site visits, contract compliance, and creating banquet orders. Requires 2 years in catering/hospitality sales and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years administrative experience required.
• 2 years catering and hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing event information.
• Respond to reservation inquiries for company restaurants and group dinners.
• Assist in site visits and client meetings to showcase event spaces and offerings.
• Process client deposits and manage payment schedules; ensure contract compliance.
• Produce and distribute Banquet Event Orders and floor plans with staff.
