Job summary

The U.S. Naval Academy Hospitality Team seeks a Catering Account Executive to lead planning and execution of weddings, retirements, reunions, and conferences on the Yard. You will collaborate with multiple catering departments to ensure flawless events and superior guest experiences.

This hands-on role requires delivering high-quality service, coordinating with clients, chefs, and staff, and managing event details, schedules, and budgets for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in Retail Dining or Hospitality.
• Experience in event planning and coordination for various events.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience with billing, financial reports, and setting budget goals.
• Strong coordination between kitchens, service and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details including booking, planning, and directing food and beverage functions.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, and pricing for catered events.
• Liaise between kitchen, service staff and management to exceed guest expectations.
