Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Catering & Events Supervisor to lead catering staff, coordinate event logistics, and ensure top-notch service at university events. Located in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, the company offers a culture-driven environment focused on exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in a hotel banquet or catering setting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lifting as described in the role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule catering staff to meet event needs.
• Supervise catering staff and ensure professional conduct and standards.
• Oversee setup, service, staffing, and cleanup for events.
• Ensure delivery and presentation of food/beverage per event orders.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Sales teams for successful events.
