Qualifications

• Must be pleasant in dealing with guests and team members, with ability to perform in demanding situations.
• Must be physically capable of performing basic duties and endure prolonged walking/standing.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Customer Service position.

Responsibilities

• Guide Guests through catering menu, offerings, and pricing; lead menu planning and order details.
• Coordinate order details with restaurant team; lead service and schedule all catering pickups/deliveries.
• Confirm all event details prior to date to ensure proper execution and delivery instructions.
• Execute all catering orders with high organization and accuracy; provide hospitable experience throughout the process.
• Train Assistant Catering Specialist on Fogo service standards and respond to guest questions concisely.
