Sodexo is seeking a Catering Coordinator at SOUTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY in Brookings, SD. The role requires a process-focused, detail-oriented individual who will serve as the point of contact for events, reservations and services, ensuring smooth execution from planning to on-site operations.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and be able to coordinate logistics, meetings and progress reporting.

• Experience with coordinating events or similar tasks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate catering events, reservations and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and preparing reports.
• Manage on-site setup, knockdown, and issue resolution during events.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and coordinate project plans as needed.
