ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking an organized Catering Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of catering services and events. You will work with clients, culinary teams, and on-site staff to ensure smooth orders and memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
Experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily catering orders, meetings, and special events to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
Assist with event planning, including menus, schedules, guest counts, setup requirements, and special requests.
Communicate catering details and changes to the culinary and service teams.
Help coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
Monitor event details and follow up to ensure customer expectations are met.
