• Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels, and inventory of products.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of catered events.
• Perform back-of-house and front-of-house duties to support event productivity.
• Communicate menu knowledge and service techniques with guest focus.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
