Responsibilities include event setup, food presentation, front/back-of-house tasks, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This role requires flexibility and physical stamina for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of catering items.
• Fulfill guests' needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Set up, execute, break down and clean up catering events.
• Coordinate front-of-house, back-of-house and side work for productivity.
• Describe menus and service techniques to guests with hospitality focus.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Support supervisors and managers with event needs and problems.
