Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a part-time catering assistant to deliver and serve food at scheduled events in the San Francisco area. You will work under the catering captain, ensuring accurate execution of each function, setting up and breaking down areas, and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities include assembling and delivering food, maintaining temperatures, stocking supplies, serving guests, and keeping a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
