Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is hiring to connect our stores with the Cape Coral community through business development, catering sales, and event coordination. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, coordinate catering orders from first contact to delivery, and manage events and pop-ups with ownership over growth in this area.

You’ll work directly with the owner, have ownership over a growing segment, and earn an hourly base of $17 with commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, hospitality, catering, or event sales.
• Experience growing sales or partnerships with local businesses.
• Comfortable starting conversations in person and by phone.
• Highly organized with strong spreadsheet and email skills.
• Self-starter who follows up consistently without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a list of local businesses, schools, medical offices, real estate offices, and organizations.
• Reach out by email, phone, and in person, including sample drop-offs and tastings.
• Coordinate catering orders from first contact through delivery.
• Run seasonal campaigns for holidays and appreciation days.
• Track contacts, orders, and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate event logistics for farmers markets, festivals, and community events.
