Job summary

Don Strange of Texas Catering is seeking energetic catering event staff to support off-site events in San Antonio. You will assist with loading, setup, food preparation, serving, bartending and cleanup while maintaining high guest service standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to multitask and adapt to changing event needs, with flexible hours including weekends. Training and certifications in food safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with guests, management and teammates.
• Experience in food service and bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of event service techniques and banquet/bar workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and décor for off-site events.
• Prepare, cook and serve food; provide bartending services.
• Clean up and reset areas after events; manage inventory of supplies.
• Assist with loading/unloading, transportation of equipment.
• Work with night/weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.
