Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support the Lilly Conference Center event operations in Indianapolis. You will help set up catering and event services, transport and deliver supplies, assist with seating and buffet arrangements, and ensure timely breakdown and cleanup after events.

Excellent guest service and adherence to safety procedures are essential to success. The role may require working event-based hours and completing required trainings such as Food Handling and Alcohol

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Dress code must be followed as assigned.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Food Handling and Alcohol Service training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
• Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with supplies and equipment.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested.
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
