Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, initiative, and follow-through are essential.
• Sales, hospitality, or event coordination experience is preferred.
• Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Colorado requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries, understand client needs, make sales calls, prepare tailored proposals, conduct tours, and close bookings.
• Remain the primary client contact after booking; confirm menus, guest counts, dietary needs, timelines, rentals, and track changes and payments.
• Keep Tripleseat, event documents, and task records accurate; coordinate with owners, kitchen, operations, and event captain.
• Attend walkthroughs and events as needed; ensure client communication through the event and assist with execution.
• Complete post-event follow-up, address questions or balances, gather feedback, and develop repeat business.
