Job Responsibilities

• Manage workplace and food safety, including allergen management
• Design, manage, and own the overall experience, not just the offerings
• Ensure all daily catering orders are processed and fulfilled to partner and sector expectations
• Develop specialty menus and events based on client needs, budget, and guidelines
• Train, develop, and schedule catering associates, and participate in their development
• Conduct employee reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions professionally and timely

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to promote and enhance a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of similar work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Managing in a Union Environment is a plus
• ServSafe Certification
