The position requires an energetic team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all catering events, including school catering Monday–Friday and weekend events as needed
• Support Catering Director with responsibilities on full-service event days
• Manage service team by checking in temp workers, recording time sheets, and guiding timelines
• Assist with preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Set up and clear catering areas before and after service
• Serve food and drinks politely and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, service, and dining areas
• Load/unload catering equipment and maintain storage areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in event logistics meetings and provide input on client needs
