Quest Food Management Services is seeking a Catering Attendant to support catering events across our retail and client settings. You will set up stations, present food attractively, and work with catering coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of offerings.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized service area while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up catering stations according to event specifications and company standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure continuous availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas before, during, and after events.
• Assist with the breakdown and packing of catering equipment and supplies post-event.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate service delivery.
