Job summary

Quest Food Management Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Catering Attendant to support events, school programs, and community functions. You will help prep, set up, serve, and breakdown venues, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety and guest service.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; you will coordinate with the catering team to maintain event timelines and provide excellent customer experiences in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Desire to learn, adapt and grow with the operation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all catering events including school catering and weekend events; flexible schedule.
• Support Catering Director on full-service event days with guidance, time sheets, and timelines.
• Assist with preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Set up and clear catering areas before and after service.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, service and dining areas; load/unload equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and participate in event logistics meetings.
