Legends Global is seeking a Senior Catering Manager to oversee premium catering operations at Ball Arena in Denver, CO. You will partner with facility leadership and clients to maximize revenue, coordinate menus, staffing, and events, and ensure flawless service across a range of VIP and large-scale functions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership in premium services, catering, or concessions within sports/entertainment venues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of leadership experience in premium services, catering or concessions in a sports/entertainment venue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong commitment to customer and client service with leadership and management skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate with facility management to maximize revenue through sales and market venue potential to clients.
Maintain strong client and team relationships with daily communication.
Communicate with chefs, other Catering Managers, vendors, and the Director of Premium.
Respond to client requests promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Plan and upsell functions with clients including space, times, equipment, menus, and themes.
Oversee staffing and coverage for all events and related activities.
Manage payroll and tips post-event; oversee budgeting and accounting collaboration.
Handle end-of-month processes and inventory; supervise direct reports and VIP orders.
