The Legends Global Way guides how we operate: Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — shared success, repeatable systems, connected solutions, unstoppable teams, and wins that are earned every day.ABOUT THE ROLEResponsible for working closely with facility management and client to coordinate information, maximize revenue through sales, and market the venue potential to clients.WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)Responsible for working closely with facility management to coordinate information, maximize revenue through sales, and market the venue potential to clients.Maintain a strong positive relationship with client and team reps with daily communicationMaintain constant communication with Chefs, other Catering Manager(s), venders and the Director of PremiumRespond to client requests in a timely manner and take action to ensure client satisfaction.Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.Plan, upselling and detail functions with the client including space requirements, times, equipment, menus, themes, etc.Hold daily staff meetings daily to ensure information is passed downPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of PremiumResponsible for all staffing and proper coverage for all BEO events, family rooms, VIP events, Boy Scout Breakfast, Galas, and other caterings for KSE and potentially not associated with a ticketed event.Responsible for weekly payroll and all tips entered day after event.Responsible for budget and partnering with accountingResponsible for all end of month processes and inventory for the departmentResponsible for direct reports supervision and reviewsResponsible for all VIP special ordersFollow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of managementMust be able to work in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TripleSeat.
