Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Ball Arena in Denver, CO. You will lead culinary and stewarding operations across high-volume venues, supervising sous chefs, cooks, and pastry staff while ensuring top-tier food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include menu development, cost controls, staff development, event planning, and ensuring SOPs are followed. A culinary degree and ServSafe/manager certification are preferred; flexibility for non-traditional

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in progressive culinary roles, 5+ in high-volume operations.
• 3+ years in culinary management, Sous Chef or equivalent.
• 2–3 years pastry and baking experience in high-volume settings.
• ServSafe Manager certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary and stewarding operations across all venues.
• Develop menus, standard recipes, and cost controls.
• Oversee staffing, production, and event execution.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Coach and develop culinary teams and managers.
