Job Summary

As a Catering Director, you will oversee catering and events, manage staff, build client relations, and ensure high-quality catering services for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events
2. Develop and maintain marketing plans, event planning services, and detailed menus
3. Hire, train, and schedule catering staff, and develop their skills
4. Ensure successful catering operations, including labor and food cost control, transportation, setup, and cleanup

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. At least 5 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in management (preferably catering management)
3. Experience in menu costing, pricing contracts, and resourcing
4. Ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup
