Do you excel at orchestrating flawless events, guiding culinary teams, and delighting clients with calm, confident leadership? Join us as Catering Co-Director and partner with our current director to elevate every gathering—from 20-guest luncheons to 500-person galas—into an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Co-lead all catering operations: menu design, tastings, proposals, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Cultivate client relationships—from first inquiry through post-event follow-up—translating visions into detailed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop seasonal, scalable menus in collaboration with chefs, balancing creativity, dietary needs, and profitability.
  • Oversee logistics: rentals, floor plans, load-out schedules, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of culinary and front-of-house professionals; schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
  • Share fiscal responsibility for revenue targets, food-cost control, labor budgets, and P&L reporting.
  • Drive growth initiatives—marketing partnerships, corporate accounts, and community events—to expand our brand footprint.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ leadership experience in catering, banquets, or high-volume events; multi-site or off-site experience a plus.
  • Proven project-management skills—you thrive on juggling complex timelines and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation abilities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong financial acumen: cost analysis, contract review, and margin optimization.
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel—events happen when our clients celebrate!
