Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Volunteer Manager to develop and implement strategies for volunteer engagement in health promotion. Qualifications

  • Develop and implement new programmes for volunteers to support health promotion and community care.
  • Any other duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of volunteer management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
  • Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in strategic planning and / or programme development would be advantageous.
