Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd, on behalf of a leading golf brand, is seeking a Catering Director to lead the catering and events operation at one of their private club properties.

You will own the property's catering business, drive event sales, develop client relationships and ensure exceptional service across all functions.

Join a growing golf brand and take ownership of catering and events, overseeing weddings, corporate functions and social celebrations with the General Manager and F&B leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in catering sales, events or a similar hospitality role.
• Proven ability to generate catering and banquet revenue.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Confident, professional communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Experience within a private club, country club, hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering sales and event activity across the property
